For nearly 20 years Hardhat Software has provided a product for managing Owner Controlled Insurance Programs (OCIP's). Acquire began as a program for managing certificates of insurance for franchises. Over time it has evolved with several additional features including: The ability to handle any type of document, the ability to track internal processing and approval, tracking and control of vendors, and the ability to classify contractors by the type of service provided.

Phil holds a BBA in Finance and Statistics and has over 25 years in the commercial insurance industry. He was a top producer for a Property and Casualty insurance company. He started Hardhat Software 15 years ago to focus on insurance and construction related products. Hardhat also developed middleware products for numerous small businesses. He created the first database for managing Owner Controlled Insurance Programs. He is primarily responsible for conceptual software design. Kathryn Taylor – Accounting and Customer Services Kathy has over 10 years experience in the commercial insurance industry in underwriting support. She also worked as an administrative assistant in accounting. Kathy supports customer services, daily operations, and accounting. C.E. Warlick – Manager Infrastructure Support He is responsible for our server and database infrastructure. He has 15+ years experience as an IT professional serving everything from entrepreneurial startups to Fortune 100 enterprises. His management experience includes tactical planning and implementation as a Director of IT and strategic planning as a Global IT executive. He insures that Hardhat’s infrastructure is secure, reliable and scalable for current and future needs. He has held positions as VP of Sales and Marketing for ProfitLinc, a Telecom Expense Asset Management consulting group. Billy was director of sales for Linc Communications, LLC, a telecommunications consulting company in Atlanta, GA. Billy was instrumental in the company’s success since his tenure from October 2004 through its acquisition by Evergreen Telecom in April 2006. Prior to Linc Communications, Billy held senior sales positions with WorldCom and XO Communications. Billy holds a Bachelor of Science from Ball State University.
Jeff holds a degree a BS degree from Texas A&M, Galveston. He has been a developer for over 10 years. Jeff manages a team of three programmers and several other support staff. Jeff's programming team has experience in Visual Studio, C#, .NET, ASP, Delphi, PHP and server management. |
